Carolina Heritage Hotel exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. Their attention to detail in providing a comfortable stay was impressive - from the plush bedding and selection of pillows to the luxurious toiletries and well-stocked minibar in the room, they truly catered to every need. the hotel's prime location within the fortress allowed for easy exploration of Alba Iulia's historic sights, making my stay not only pleasant but culturally enriching. Lastly, the kind and accommodating staff, particularly the receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Undoubtedly, Carolina Heritage Hotel sets a new standard for excellence in hospitality.
